·         Write/Deliver & Negotiate Contracts

·         Forward all contracts to appropriate people.

·         Arrange for Home Inspection & Termite.

·         Write & negotiate Home Inspection items

·         Follow up with Lender/Buyer/Co Broke & Attorney
