Loan to underwriting
Loan package to attorney
Title search done by closing agent
Survey ordered by closing agent 
 
BUYER: 
Order insurance get info to agent
TRANSFER UTILITIES FROM SELLER
 
BUYER'S AGENT:
Co-ordinates walk thru
Co-ordinates closing 
Review HUD
 
 
WALK THRU:  
Prior to closing: re-check all electric, air, heating plumbing & appliances and repair work
Obtain all repair receipts for closing
 
CLOSING:
Bring PHOTO ID
Cashiers or Certified Check
Funds can be wired directly to closing (fee applies)
Get all keys, remotes, warrantys
Receive copy of all paperwork
Attorney reviews alI docs
Attorney dispurses all funds
(Next business day after 2pm)
